Our services

Cofer Legacy Group provides credit-education, credit-improvement support, and dispute-assistance services. The $1 screening is a preliminary deep-dive analysis of your credit profile and a recommendation plan. It is separate from the paid 6-month program, which includes proprietary consumer-law dispute software, access to consumer-lawyer review and consultation, and bundled bonus services.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or any particular increase in your credit score. Results vary based on your individual credit profile and your participation in the program. Nothing on this site or in our services constitutes a guarantee of results.

Not legal advice

Cofer Legacy Group is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Attorney consultations are provided through independent licensed attorneys as part of the program. No attorney-client relationship is formed with Cofer Legacy Group. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney.

Pricing and payment

The 6-month bundle is $497 paid in full, or $189 down and $99 per month for 6 months. Payment plans are available; ask your specialist for details. The $1 screening fee is separate and is the cost of the preliminary analysis.

Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when submitting the screening form and enrolling in the program.
• You are responsible for any information you choose to share with us, including credit-report details.
• You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including our logo, brand name, and materials, is owned by Cofer Legacy Group and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cofer Legacy Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Text messaging terms

When you opt in through our chat widget and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Cofer Legacy Group at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Providing your mobile number and opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
• For help or support, reply HELP to any message.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee delivery of every message.
• You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number you provide is correct and belongs to you. Notify us if your number changes.

We may modify or suspend text messaging at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
